What to dooooo?
gaze at a Flower!
There are some chaotic energies flying around Washington DC and throughout our country these days. I, like many of you are choosing carefully what to focus on and what to amplify. I know many of you are doing the same. I want to give a shout out to those who are boots on the ground action and to those who are meditating and practicing mindfulness and doing whatever they can energetically to support harmony and balance. It takes many creative types of efforts.
Myself and many other artists are creating art that has the ability to transform and uplift, fostering openings for healing and constructive change.
gaze at a Flower!
Flowers and their images “induce automatic distraction from a stressor and support recovery”. An excerpt posted from an scientific study on Science Direct;
We examined recovery effects with flowers after psychological stress. Viewing a flower image reduced negative emotion, blood pressure and cortisol release. An fMRI results revealed a deactivation in the right amygdala–hippocampus. Flowers may induce automatic distraction from a stressor and support recovery. Cite
The flowers I share are specifically curated to amplify a good vibration and assist in opening up to a new awareness. These are intimate images of flowers in their natural settings and light that reveal their transformational and meditative energy emanating within. Their energy can be amplified exponentially just by glancing at them or sharing them.
An image of the SuperConsciousness contained within these flowers will actually help lift us out of this chaos, like a meditation or a kind thought or a march through the streets. Another benefit to these flower images is that they keep uplifting energy even when you are not looking. All live flowers have this capacity, but the ones who have presented themselves to me have an energy and fresh consciousness that is available to tap into at any time even as an image.
Gaze at the image below and see if you feel calmer, more relaxed or even uplifted and comment below. Or visit my montage of flowers on my Botanical SuperConsciousness blog post.
I hope you enjoyed this article! If you are interested in more dialogue like this or a flower image of all your own, contact me or leave a comment and I’ll be in touch.
Sincerely,
Karin
