Garlic Lover Dressings, etc.
This page is for garlic lovers who love garlicky dressings and sauces who want to kick it up a notch into healthy powerhouse dressings and sauces rich with natural antibiotics, probiotics, antioxidants and a host of healthy benefits!
Are you a garlic lover?
Garlic is technically a vegetable. Weird. Kinda like a tomato is a fruit. And a fig is a flower. There are 600 recorded varieties, but we only are familiar with a few of them. I can’t find much evidence that the nutritional property changes between varieties although there are flavor differences.
Knowing what I know now, I do not know how I survived on powdered salted garlic bread growing up. Oh, yes, I nearly didn’t. All joking aside, I did get really sick and garlic was helpful to me and still is. I love the sweet and pungent flavor of garlic as it creatively fuses its energy into so many dishes and alchemizes uniquely with so many spices, raw or cooked it never disappoints.
The aspects of garlic I have learned to love the most besides the flavors are the many ways in which raw garlic can enhance your entire being. For instance, It can help open up energy portals and amplify your divine connections. It has countless unfolding health benefits like increasing blood flow, lowering blood pressure, clean you up as an antioxidant, and of course is one of those rare natural antibiotics and probiotics in one little package.
Raw garlic when activated by crushing it, creates Allicin, a natural antibiotic that is both gentle and capable. I call this “activated garlic”. Read more about it here.
Garlic Lover Dressings, my first book!
After years of cooking and raw garlic experiments, I have finally composed my first recipe book Garlic Lover Dressings that uses “activated garlic” to give you antibiotic dressings combined with unique and some not so unique ingredients for powerhouse sauces with flavor, nutrition and wellness packed into every taste.
You can download the recipe book Garlic Lover Dressings as a pdf, or purchase a clear spiral bound copy with a nicely coated cover that will hold up well in the kitchen.
I would like to hear from you!
Please post comments, questions or concerns about your experience using this recipe book or any comments at all about garlic!
Sincerely,
Karin Edgett, artist, foodie, etc.
