Garlic Lovers Dressings
This Post is for garlic lovers like me!
I have come to embrace garlic as an essential part of my life. I do not know how I survived on powdered salted garlic growing up. Oh, yes, I nearly didn’t. All joking aside, I did get really sick and garlic was helpful to me and still is. I love the flavor of garlic as it fuses its energy into so many dishes and combines so well with so many spices, raw or cooked it never disappoints.
The aspects of garlic I have learned to love the most besides the flavors are the many ways in which garlic can enhance your entire being. It can help open up energy portals, increase blood flow, be a gut-friendly anti-biotic and help build your body’s wellness as a probiotic. It can be used as an antioxidant to cleanse your system and lower blood pressure. The list goes on and on.
