Cilantro with Activated Garlic All-purpose Sauce

Pow is all I can say. When you activate the garlic before you add it to anything you are making, you get one heck of a health and energy boost to what ever you use it on. I’ve been enjoying mine on salads and mushrooms (I’m on a dry-roasting mushroom kick).

Here is the simple recipe

Ingredients (all ingredients are organic)

  • 1 bunch of cilantro

  • 1 cup of unfiltered olive oil

  • 1-2 juicy limes, juiced and add a bit of the zest for an added punch of flavor and nutrients

  • 4-5 cloves of garlic (or to taste)

  • 1 TBS of Celtic sea salt


  • First step is to press the garlic and set aside for at least 10 minutes. Setting garlic aside for 10 minutes before you blend it in to any food or cook it activates it’s powerful anti-bacterial potential.

  • Next, add every ingredient together and use a hand blender until the cilantro is pureed completely.

Please note: I find this is best to make and store in a print sized wide-mouthed mason jar. You can use your hand blender in the mason jar and then leave everything there. It works well for spooning onto salads and other dishes. It is also easier when refrigerating since the olive oil solidifies at colder temperatures.
